Christy, graciously filling in for the model as we wait. I’m not sure if she expected to be in front of the camera this early in the morning, but she was a good sport about it. Christy was helping me out at a dawn shoot, and I said I’d show her a few tricks.
This is one. I was showing what just one umbrella could do.
Shot with the same set up as before, the nice light is from the Profoto 7b, (with umbrella) shot with a EF 24-70mm f/2.8L USM and a Canon 5d. You can see the artistic use of the Canon 5d shutter sync if you look carefully, maybe not, its quite subtle.
